Housing Allowance: Based upon the Housing Allowance Act of 1951, all 
recipients of wages and salaries used to be entitled to receive a 
monthly housing allowance (Wohnungsbeihilfe) of ATS 30. In 1983, the 
housing allowance was discontinued and replaced by individual 
measures.
