Home Ownership, right granted to the joint-owner of a real estate to 
exclusive use and sole disposition of an apartment, its conveniences 
(including balconies, terraces, cellars, attics and parking areas of 
motor vehicles) or any separate premises (garages etc.) Home ownership 
(Wohnungseigentum) is governed by the Law on Home Ownership passed in 
1975 and can be obtained through registration in the  Land Register.
