b. Vienna, Feb. 25, 1928, actress, Kammerschauspielerin. Took private 
acting tuition; debut at the Vienna Theater in der Josefstadt; later 
acted at theatres in Berlin and Bonn. Performed at different revue 
theatres in Vienna before joining the Burgtheater company in 1972, of 
which she is still a member. Has played roles in various films ("Der 
Unfisch", 1996) and TV productions (wife of chief inspector Kottan in 
the TV series "Kottan ermittelt"; "Julia, eine ungewoehnliche Frau").
