d. Vienna, Aug. 16, 1998, conductor, composer. Worked in broadcasting 
in Austria from 1934, musical director at the court of the Emperor in 
Addis Abeba from 1950 to 1957 (founded the Ethiopian National Theatre 
and an association of music lovers in Addis Abeba); worked with the 
Vienna radio station "Radio Wien" from 1957 to 1976; numerous 
decorations.

!Works
Operettas (Wiener Bonbons, Walzerkongress), ballet-music, dance 
music (waltzes), songs in the Viennese tradition, chansons for his 
wife Minja Petja.
