Mattersburg; joint municipal administration with  Poettelsdorf. - Wine 
trade, wood processing, silo and machine construction. - Find of 
Langobard graves, important cache of silver coins from 1233; Catholic 
filial church, Classicist building (1824); Buchinger Mill 
(reconstructed 1690); ancient farmhouses with gable façades and 
façade decorations (19%%sup th/%  century).
