Parliament (Nationalrat) from 1986 to 1989, 1989-1999 party leader of 
the Carinthian OeVP, Deputy Landeshauptmann of Carinthia from 
1989-1991, Landeshauptmann of Carinthia 1991-1999, since 1999 again 
member of the Nationalrat.
