| Capt. Camillo Ruggera (1885-1947) during the First World War (1915-1918). Camillo Ruggera was born in 1885 in Predazzo (now Italy) and in spite of his Italian ethnicity he served in the Austro-Hungarian, then Austrian, then German Army. He was one of the members of the Austro-Hungarian staff involved in the Armistice of Villa Giusti with Italy. After the war he remained an Austrian citizen and served the Bundesheer , the Austrian federal Army; after the union of Austria with Nazi Germany he joined the Wehrmacht that he left with the grade of Lieutenant General.
