| Proklamation des preußischen Königs Wilhelm I. am 18. Januar 1871 zum Deutschen Kaiser im Spiegelsaal von Versailles. Die dritte Version fertiggestellt am 22. März 1877 zum 80. Geburtstag Kaiser Wilhelms I. Gemälde von Anton von Werner im Auftrag der preußischen Königsfamilie zum 70. Geburtstag Kanzler Bismarck erstellt. Bismarcks weiße Kleidung entspricht nicht der Realität, sollte aber seine Position herausheben. Die beiden frheren Versionen wurden im Zweiten Weltkrieg zerstört.
