| Das ehemalige „Alte Preßhaus“ am Peter-Alexander-Platz 1 (ehemals Cobenzlgasse Nr. 15), Ecke Feilergasse 1, in Grinzing , ein Bezirksteil des 19. Wiener Gemeindebezirkes Döbling . Der Winzerhof bzw. das Presshaus stammt im Kern aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, wobei im 18. Jahrhundert und in der Folge Umbauten erfolgte.
