Im inneren Tempelhof befindet sich das Isis und ihrem Sohn Horus geweihte Geburtshaus. Hier feierte man in aufwändigen Prozessionen den Geburtstag von Horus, wobei sich die Pharaonen zugleich als Nachfolger des Gottes auf Erden präsentierten.
