Westfield Horton Plaza [{GoogleMap location='32.7126421,-117.1619093' zoom='14'}] is a five-level outdoor shopping mall in downtown San Diego. It is known for its bright colors and architectural tricks and odd spatial rhythms. The total retail area extends over 5 floors and is 758,003 sq ft (70,420.8 sq meters) big. The Jessop's Clock, built in 1907, was originally housed in the center.
