Sculpted by Franco Alessandrini the marble statue of a female muse serves as a symbol of hope in different civilizations, her gown, an inspirational and spiritual presence, flows over the figures of four immigrants forming a family nucleus. The Inscription says: "Dedicated to the courageous men and women who left their homeland seeking freedom, opportunity and a better life in a new country".
