With a depth of 700 m the Issyk-Kul is one of the deepest inland waters of our planet. 80 rivers feed it with glacier water, but the lake does not have a single outlet. And the Issyk-Kul has one more curiosity to offer: in spite of its altitude of 1,600 m, it warms up to 22 degrees in summer. %% [{Metadata Suchbegriff='Boom Schlucht'}] [{SET customtitle='Boom Gorge'}]
