The UNESCO world heritage site of Ħaġar Qim [{GoogleMap location='Hagar Qim Neolithic Temple, Qrendi, Malta' zoom='12'}], which means "Standing or Worshipping Stones", is a megalithic temple complex of the two temples Ħaġar Qim and Mnajdra. It is estimated that the temple of Ħaġar Qim was constructed, approximately 4.800 years ago, of globigerina limestone. Mnajdra is a bit older and was constructed probably 5.400 years ago.
