Über der Stadt erhebt sich die Burg von Laibach Ljubljana, Slovenia . Von der Aussichtsplattform genießen wir den Blick auf Laibach: In der Mitte die Franziskanerkirche 'Maria Verkündigung“' davor die Tromostovje, von der leider nur die mittlere Brücke zu sehen ist, rechts unten der Dom, noch in der Mitte, aber etwas links ragt der Nebotičnik (Wolkenkratzer) mit 70,35 m aus den Häusern heraus. 1933 war dies das höchste Gebäude des Königreichs Jugoslawien. (Heute sind wir etwas höhere Wolkenkratzer gewöhnt!). Etwas weiter hinten erheben sich die Berge bei Kranj und das Bild wird von den Steiner Alpen abgeschlossen.
Above the town rises the castle of Ljubljana Ljubljana, Slovenia . From the observation deck we enjoy the view of Ljubljana: in the middle of the picture is the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation. In front of the church we can see the Tromostovje, of which unfortunately only the middle bridge can be seen. In the lower right is the cathedral. Still in the middle, but slightly to the left the Nebotičnik (skyscraper) protrudes between the houses with its 70.35 m. In 1933 this was the tallest building in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. (Today we are used to higher skyscrapers!). A little further away we see the mountains near Kranj and the picture is completed by the Steiner Alps.
