During the festival the "Gigantes" dance through the streets of the city. The oversized figures symbolize the king and queen, the continents of the earth, and various local personalities like the mayor. Additionally, pirates hunt for children and beat them with truncheons of foam.

Während des Festes tanzen die „Gigantes“ durch die Straßen der Stadt. Die überdimensionalen Figuren symbolisieren König und Königin, die Kontinente der Erde und allerlei lokale Persönlichkeiten wie den Bürgermeister. Dazu machen Piraten Jagd auf Kinder und schlagen sie mit Schaumstoffknüppeln.
