!REDIN- REliable DIscussion Net\\
H. Maurer, B. Zaka\\
As alternative to Social Networks with many fake information we are implementing a software for reliable discussions (REDIN) using a number of innovative AI applications.\\
!!Phase 1:
REDIN can be installed on computers with internet connection and will only deal with a small number, typically 2-4 topics. For each topic 2-4 experts are appointed preferably representing different but well-founded points of view. First contributions are presented as Net Interactive Document (NID) (see 26-05-20-Presentation at AAI Serbia.pptx ) with the name of an expert. Any person can make annotations to such documents (notes, criticisms, approval, links, ...) but such information is only visible if and after the annotation has been approved by one of the experts. Users can also send their own contribution by email: contributions containing links to quality sources supporting the claims in the contribution are desirable, explicit advertisement links are not allowed. The email of submitter, their name (if communicated) and a pen name chosen by them is known to the experts, but (if desired) only the pen name is made public (to show that potential further contributions are compiled by the same person). \\
Advanced AI tools (some still under development) compile a “contributor profile”; and by comparing the contribution to many quality contributions on the Web also a “contribution profile”. Those two profiles help the experts to decide if the contribution is to be made public, is to be rejected, or more information is required from the submitter.
The software will be first be tested using Austria-Forum (AF) with thousands of users.\\
!!Phase 2:
After a solid software is in place and the REDIN software has created positive echoes a company will be founded (or the software integrated into the software offerings of an existing company) to be made available to anyone interested.
Investment necessary: For Phase 1 an investment of 400.000 Euros is sought, for work already done and to be done till first quarter 2027 (when a first version of REDIN will be available) by the team around Dr. Bilal ZAKA and Professor Dr. Hermann Maurer. The investor will get 10% of the ownership of REDIN and its future income. To continue the work on REDIN and to do serious marketing in Europe and beyond, a team of both technical persons and marketing persons will have to be funded by the company taking over REDIN, with 10% of ownership as mentioned to the first investor, and 20% to the team ZAKA/MAURER.//
The profit from REDIN sales are also distributed with those percentages. Austria-Forum will be able to use REDIN for a number of groups of topics at no charge, but will advertise the software widely fotr a moderate fee. Information on REDIN will mainyl reside on the REDIN server or potentially other approved ressources.
