developedtopredictparticlegrowth.Thecorrelationcanbeextendedfurther topredictparticle
size of other type of materials. The results obtained in this work clearly indicate that the
applicationof onlydielectric constant to relateparticle nucleationandgrowth is not adequate.
Acombinationofsurface tensionanddielectricconstant togetherwillbeappropriate.
