As changes in the region are actually changes in precipitation pattern from
snow to rain, which leads to changing the time of overflowing and dehydration
periods as well as floods of Shahroud River, management of Taleghan reservoir
dam needs to be reviewed.
The occurrence of changes in the thermal regime in recent year in the
study area, and also lack of changes in the flow paths to the dam, reduces or
rejects the probability of human intervention in the basin.
