According to the results, the variance contribution rates of the principal component
1Y , 2Y , 3Y , 4Y and 5Y are 40.264%, 25.9234%, 11.121%, 8.250% and 6.666%
respectively. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first five principal
components is 92.224%. It is shown that the former five principal components can reflect
more than 90% of information from the original 11 components. Therefore, the first five
principal components are selected as the input variables of the model. The expressions
of the five principal components are as follows:
