TheBH2Mdatabase [20]hasbeencreatedunder theEUERCprojectFiveCenturiesofMarriages
(5CofM). It includes the Archives of the Barcelona Cathedral: 244 books with information on
approximately 550,000marriages held between 1451 and 1905 in over 250 parishes. Each book
waswrittenbyadifferentwriterandcontains informationof themarriagesduringtwoyears.Here
pages for the6thbookareused. InFigure8,anexampleof theBH2MDBispresented.
