ThisconfigurationconnectsboththeICEandthemotor inparallel to thewheels. Eitheroneof
themorboth takepart indelivering thepower. It canbe consideredas an ICenginevehiclewith
electricassistance [4]. Theenergystorages insuchavehiclecanbechargedbytheelectricmotorby
meansof regenerativebrakingorbythe ICEwhenitproducesmore thanthepowerrequiredtodrive
