TheCAPC also collected livestock data and information to support the devel-
opment of the Isiolo livestock strategy. They also conducted aworkshop to inte-
grate climate change into the Isiolo CIDP. These activities aimed at improving
county coordination andplanning activities climate change adaptation.
Some outcomes depicted in the integrated ToC (Fig. 15.1) have already been
realisedwithan increase innumberofprojects targeting infrastructure, agriculture,
health,waterandsanitation, foodsecurityandincomegenerationaswellasnumber
of climate changeprojects financed throughcountybudget allocation.
