She worked with the National Council of Climate Change and Indonesia Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) Secretariat on the JCM implementation focusing on MRV structure and process including methodology development, validation and verification, project assessment and evaluation, as well as stakeholders’ engagement. She currently focuses on the JCM implementation andmarket mechanisms in Asian countries, includingMRVsystemsandcapacitydevelopment,asaClimateandEnergyPolicy Researcher at the Institute forGlobalEnvironmental Studies. Babou Andre´ Bationo is a Senior Forestry Biology and Ecology Scientist. He holds a PhD fromUniversity ofOuagadougou (Burkina Faso). He isworking for Agriculture andEnvironmental research Institute (INERA)ofBurkinaFaso.He is an associate researcher and the Focal point of ICRAF in Burkina Faso. His researches include participatory regeneration and ecology of agroforestry tree species in the agro-systems. Emilia Bretan is a Brazilian independent consultant in planning, management, monitoringandevaluationofhumanrightsandlocalandinternationaldevelopment initiatives.SheholdsaBA,MSandaPhd in lawfromtheUniversityofSa¯oPaulo, Brazil, andhasprovided services forTheWorldBank,UNDP,CanadianDFAT-D andPlan InternationalBrazil, amongothers. She is a trainer inOutcomeMapping andOutcomeHarvesting approaches, an activemember of IDEAS (leader of the Climate ITIG) and of the OutcomeMapping Learning Community. IPDET 2014 graduate. Saaka Buah is an agronomist and soil scientist with a PhD in Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, USA. He is currently working with CSIR-SARI, Ghana where his research activities focus on solving agricultural production problems in the savanna zone ofGhana.
