Figure6.Sensitivityanalysis resultsof thesub-criteria in thesocietygroup.
For the sub-criteria in the environment group, theQi of A1, A2 andA5 increasewhen the
sub-criteriaC8becomesmore important,andA2ranks third, surpassedbyA1(Figure7).Meanwhile,
thescoreofA3andA4remainstablewith theweightvariationofC8. For theweightchangesofC9,
scoresofA1,A2andA5showadecreasing tendencyalongwith increaseofweights,while therankof
allalternativeskeepconsistentwith thebasesituation. In thecaseofC10, theQiof thefivealternatives
remainstablewith increasingweight. Therefore,C8 in thesensitive sub-criterionwhichobviously
affects theEVCSsite selectionresults.Nomatterhowtheweights in theeconomygroupchange,A3 is
always thebestchoice in theoptimalEVCSsiting.
For thesub-criteria in the technologygroup, theQiof thefivealternativesremainstablewhen
thesub-criteriaC11andC12becomemore important (Figure8).Moreover,whentheweightofC13
becomesmore important, theQiofA1andA2presenta rising tendency,while theQiofA5shows
adecreasing tendency. However, nomatterhowthe sub-criteriaweights in the technologygroup
change, therankingorderof thefiveEVCSsremainsrelativelystable,andA3isalways the topchoice
in theEVCSsiteselection.
