In the previous study, Local stability of the spine and hip was affected by fatigue during repetitive lifting. Progressive fatigue could increase the risk of injury to the spine and hip. [9] There are many kinds of research to evaluate human fatigue by measuring vital information, but research such as measuring fatigue from behavior algorithm of workers who work repetitively like handling heavy goods has not been done. The motion analysis suggests the relationship between gradual accumulation of fatigue and an increase of duration during the lifting test. In the latter half of the test, it was confirmed that there were three or more occurrences of values exceeding the average so far and that the values included one or more occurrences of 1.23 or more. This result suggests that IoH/ IoT sensor could detect the algorithm in the duration between the motion of joint flexion and extension and alert their manager or worker them self when the worker is about to reach their limit of fatigue. The validity of this trend shall be examined with more subject and algorithm should be considered. A new generation of Assist Suit could be installed with the functions to prevents accidents due to fatigue in advance. The result of the comparison test of the strength of coil springs suggests that the strength of the coil spring effects reduction of workload. However, the difference of subject weight may have significance on the evaluation of the assistance felt, so it must be verified with more subject. In this test, as the workload got higher, higher spring strength enabled better reduction of workload.
