In the beginning there has to be invest- ment in the change process and its implementation needs to be accompanied by a formal management; comparable to Lean Production. If we understand RoE as an approach for changing structures in the industrialization process, then just as in Lean Pro- duction, you need an RoE management – with training, benchmarks and clear organizational structures.
