Tobias Reil ist Produktionsleiter. In diesem Zusammenhang ist er verant- wortlich für die Serienproduktion der Fahrzeuge und Pedelecs sowie für alle Prototypen und Vorserien. Reil ist jemand, der ganz vorne steht, jemand, der pragmatisch und unkompliziert Lösungen findet. So hat er sein Büro von Anfang an aus dem Bürogebäude heraus direkt in die Produktion ver- legt. Ihm geht es nicht um das ver- meintlich komfortable Office direkt bei der Geschäftsleitung, sondern er will direkt an der Produktionslinie sein. Gerade Tobias Reil hat mit der Pro- duktion bewiesen, wie man in kurzer Zeit mit minimalen Investitionen eine professionelle Serienproduktion auf- zubauen vermag. Mit der Post setzt er diesen Weg konsequent weiter um: „Was klein angefangen hat, ist inzwi- schen eine umfangreiche Partner- schaft. Längst wird nicht mehr nur das eine Post-Auto geliefert, sondern mit Pedelecs, Trikes und neuen Varianten des Fahrzeugs ein ganzes Produktpro- gramm produziert.” Tobias Reil is a production manager.
