3.2 Comparison of the feeling of assistance between the strength of coil springs
RMS of quadriceps matched the answer from the questionnaire by the subject and
RMS got lower as the strength of the coil spring was raised stronger. On the other hand,
for the RMS of gluteus maximus, the ranking RMS was lowest in the other of low, high
and medium. [Table 4]
Table 4. RMS for the Quadriceps muscle matched the result of the feedback from the subject. As the
strength of the coil spring is increased, the RMS has decreased accordingly. However, for the gluteus
maximus, it was in the order of low, high, medium.
The subject felt the most assistance when the level of assistance was the highest
(404.5 N) followed by medium (224 N), low (150.9 N) and no assistance. [Table5]
