heart talk with the person in crisis, where you show your interest.”

It is indeed important to emotionally engage the suicide
-endangered adolescent,
in order to show her that she is important to others. Sometimes it is necessary to
accompany her to a counseling center. The message should be: “I will stay with
you, no matter what happens, and stand with you.” This is also the best way of
ameliorating one’s worries about a suicidal person.
