She received a grant from the SloanConsortium to participate in an online leadership program in 2013, as the first scholar from theMiddleEast to do so. ZuheirN.Khlaif research interests are in the areas of technology integration andmicrolearning in both K-12 and higher education. Zuheir has extensive experience in training teachers to use anddesign technology activities for classrooms, and has conductedmanyworkshops for training teachers to use open resources in their practice. He has publishedmany articles in international journals.He is nowdesigning activities and conducting research related toSTEMprojects.
