Die Schnittstellen wurden sichtbar. Aus dem großen virtuellen Pro- jekt wurden abgegrenzte greifbare Aufgaben. Je weiter das Projekt voranschritt, desto wichtiger wurde der Change-Prozess. Eine Ände- rung einer Einzelkomponente kann weiterrei- chende Folgen im Auto haben. Transparenz über neue Veränderungen und deren Auswirkungen wurde essentiell. Dieser Herausforderung wurde nicht nur systemisch durch das PLM-System42 begegnet, sondern auch durch einen hohen per- sönlichen Austausch. Die Netzwerkpartner sind regelmäßig in Workshops auch persönlich zusam- mengekommen und standen im Austausch.
