Entmündigung#

Incapacitation: Declaration of legal disability, judicial repeal or limitation of legal capacity on the basis of the Declaration of Legal Disability Act, 1916. Since 1984 incapacitation has been replaced by the appointment of trustees ( Sachwalter).
