Fendrich, Rainhard#

b. Vienna, Feb. 27, 1955, actor and pop singer. From 1978 actor at the Theater an der Wien and the Schauspielhaus. At the same time started writing songs and had his first stage appearance in 1980. Achieved a breakthrough in the same year with his songs "Strada del sole", "Oben ohne" and "Es lebe der Sport". From 1981 repeated tours through Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Since the early 1990s F. has also enjoyed a successful career as a television actor and showmaster ("Herzblatt", 1993-1997; "Geliebte Gegner", 1998). Since 1997 performances with W. Ambros and G. Danzer as "Austria 3".
