Fontanella, Vorarlberg, municipality in the district of Bludenz, alt. 1,145 m, pop. 422, area 31.23 km2, bi-seasonal tourist resort (69,175 overnight stays) in the Greater Walser valley. - Old Walser settlement, first documented mention in 1363; Baroque church enlarged in 1847; former Landammann (highest official in several Swiss cantons and formerly in Vorarlberg) House (16th century) in Kirchberg.
