The challenges of coaching and mentoring 29 A research agenda The paucity of research in the area of coach-AI partnerships provides many opportunities for research. Amongst themes that could usefully be explored are: Ȥ To what extent are existing models of learning dialogue and coaching conver- sations applicable to the greater information content of AI-assisted coaching?
