Who will build and operate this intelligent network? Who will develop the architecture and provide all the necessary services and applications? The energy companies, the network compa- nies, the car manufacturers, the software providers and IT companies, the logistic companies or the building industry by building and operating the car parks, or your own social network? Most likely it will be a combination of all these industries and new companies.
