15.4 Results The TAMD framework uses theories of change to measure progress towards achievingresilience.Theoriesofchangehelparticulateassumptionsbehindsmaller steps that lead to a long-term goal and the connections between these activities, outcomesand impact.Theyhelppresentavisual representationon thecontribution of a project or combinationof projects to an intendedoutcome. InIsioloan integratedToCat thesub-national (county level)andfivetheoriesof change at the community/ward levelswas developed by both the county officials andwardcommittees. Figure15.2 shows the integratedToCat county levelwhilst Fig. 15.3 is an example of onewardToC. The indicators and assumptions for the integrated ToC are in shown in Table 15.1.
