related discussions. In well-working Agile teams, this creates an environment of
collaboration, common ownership on outcomes, and joint care on all aspects of
quality thatwe have lookedat.
Agile practices have been evolvingsignificantly for 25+yearsnow, and we can
leverage what multiple teams and practitioners have achieved through empirical
learning. Yet, in most cases, we need to do our own piece of learning as well,
mappingour strategies, experimentingandadaptingaswego.
Asa summary,hereare somekey takeawaypoints thatwediscussed:
• Testing in an Agile context is very important to ensure that we are bothbuilding
the rightproductandbuilding it right.
• Agile thinkinginvolvesashift in testingparadigmsaswell, shiftingit leftasearly
in thedevelopmentprocessaspossible.
• We need to engagedifferentpracticesand thewhole teamtobesuccessful.
• For traditional organization, and even some Agile teams, this requires a signifi-
cant transformation that takes timeandneeds tobeproperlymanaged.
