Steht der Prototyp endlich bereit, folgt erst die Erpro- bungsphase. Unterm Strich bedeutet das: hohe finanzielle Aufwände durch hohe Zeitinvestition in den Industrialisierungsprozess. Status morgen: Zukünftig muss die Entwick- lungsphase deutlich verkürzt werden. Oder anders gesagt: Sie muss stark segmentiert werden. Die klassische Entwicklungsphase wird gleichzeitig zur Erprobungsphase. Erfahrungen, die hier gesam- melt werden, sind für den schnellen Lernprozess notwendig. Schnelligkeit versus Schwerfälligkeit. Statt sich auf den theoretischen Wissensaufbau zu stürzen, alles zu durchdenken, alles zu planen, ist es besser, in eine frühe Umsetzung zu gehen, um mit Primotypen Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Proto- typ war gestern. Fazit: Learnovational System Klassische Prototypen sind nicht mehr notwendig, um ein entwickeltes Produkt zu testen. Stattdes- sen werden Primotypen für einen schnellen Lern- prozess (Learning) früh im Innovationsprozess (Innovation) aufgebaut. Prototypes are a thing of the past. Result: Learnovational System Classical prototypes are no longer necessary for tes- ting a developed product. Instead primo types are built early in the innovation process (Innovation) for a quick learning process (Learning).
