Th e Yizkor books on the internet are more accessible to a global network of interested people, refl ecting the far-fl ung dispersal of Jewish people, who do not constitute a diaspora from Lith- uania because they are not connected with it. Th e local sites are hidden, possibly suppressed memorials that few encounter, but they are signifi cant partly because they are now known about and publicized online. Conclusion Our actions became a form of postmemory that wove imagined and real histories together.
