National level At the national level, the issue of canonicity is one of the biggest sources of conflict. In theUkrainian context, a similar modelofcooperationcanbeelaboratedbyaPan-OrthodoxCouncilofaSynaxis ofOrthodoxPrimates– inessencea“panel”whereallOrthodoxChurchescan bring theirowncontributions to the topic– tocorrespondto the local realities. Firstly, theaimofsuchaplatformshouldbe therestaurationof theEucharistic communionbetweentheMPandtheEP, inasmuchas theEucharist is seenhere asa“sourceofhealing,not itsoutcome”39.
