The question that guided this writing was:What contributions can arise from formativeinstancessuchasMOOCsandOERforopeneducationandopenscience? The results showcontributions foropeneducation in theareas: • Open innovation (through the transfer OER and MOOCs and linkage with Government,Companies, Institutions,NGOsandCivilSociety), • Open research (with educational innovations for open environmentswith tech- nologies,servicesandstrategiesforopenscience, laboratoryforsocial innovation andconsultancy ineducational research)and • Open science (with goodpractice of collaborative construction andvisibility of knowledge, throughmore than5000OERavailable openly in theRitec, built in theOpenergyLab, digitized postgraduate theses andOERproduced in the bina- tional laboratory, and also, contributed with a protocol for evaluating the user experienceofamanagementmodel that involvesvisibilitymechanismsofscien- tific production, thus contributing to incremental innovationwith open systems togivevisibility toknowledgeandopenscience). The findings can contribute to academic communities (students, teachers, researchers, administrators), social communities, government, business and deci- sionmakers interestedinlearningenvironmentsandopeneducationalpractices.The
