Innovationandcustomizationarekeyqualitiesforthevendors—lookforvendors with acreativeapproachto testing. 3. Analyse trendsandmetrics 4. Encouragecross-functionalcoordinationandinterorganizationalcommunication —proper communication and the cooperation between internal and external teams iskey tosuccessfuloutsourcing. 5. Select the rightpeople for the right job. 6. Develop effective tracking and controlling mechanisms—at least at the begin- ning.
