Spezifikationen auf dem Prüfstand In der Praxis ist es häufig so, dass Spezifikatio- nen über Produktgenerationen entwickelt und gar nicht mehr hinterfragt werden. Ungesteuer- tes Priorisieren muss jedoch unbedingt vermieden werden. Dem gezielten Managen von Spezifikatio- nen kommt damit eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Nachteile fixer Spezifikationen Nach dem Status quo werden Spezifikationen zu Beginn festgesetzt und nur noch angepasst, wenn sie nicht erfüllbar sind.
