ÖROK#
OeROK, Oesterreichische Raumordnungskonferenz, founded in 1971, Austrian institution dealing with questions of regional planning that affect more than one level of public administration. Federal, provincial, and local administrative bodies all draw up regional planning proposals and can institute regional planning measures independently. The OeROK is responsible for coordinating these activities and for producing an overall regional planning concept for the state. (Oesterreichische Raumordnungskonzept).
