ÖSAG, Österreichische Autobahnen- und Schnellstraßen-Aktiengesellschaft#
OeSAG, Oesterreichische Autobahnen- und Schnellstrassen-Aktiengesellschaft ("Austrian Motorway and Expressway Company"), corporation formed by the merger of the Autobahnen- und Schnellstrassen-AG, the Pyhrn Autobahn AG, the Tauernautobahn AG, and the Wiener Bundesstrassen AG in 1993; shareholders are ASFINAG and the provinces of Carinthia, Upper Austria, Salzburg, Styria, and Vienna. Nominal capital: ATS 1.44 billion. The OeSAG is responsible for the administration of the Autobahnen (motorways) and expressways within its jurisdiction. In addition to revenues from tolls, the OeSAG also generates income through the sale of tickets for the use of Autobahns in Austria.
