Auer, Leopold#
b. Veszprem (Hungary), June 7, 1845, d. Loschwitz near Dresden (Germany), July 15, 1930, famous violin virtuoso and teacher, spent a considerable time in Russia and the USA. As an adherent of the classical style he imparted a combination of the Viennese and Russian Schools to his pupils.
