Azesberger, Kurt#

b. Arnreit (Upper Austria) April 8, 1960, singer (tenor). Studied music teaching at the Vienna University of Music and singing with H. Roessel-Majdan and K. Equiluz. Internationally known for his readings of ecclesiastic music (Bach passions, masses), as an opera singer (W.A. Mozart, R. Strauss) and for his lieder interpretations (F. Schubert, A. Schoenberg).
