Doelsach, Tirol, municipality in the district of Lienz, alt. 700 m, pop. 2,049, area 24.15 km2, summer tourism (30,160 overnight stays), situated in the Drautal valley east of Lienz. - Excavations of the Roman town of Aguntum (1st century B.C. to 5th century A.D.), Museum Aguntinum (altars, tomb relief) in the defence structure above the atrium house, neo-Romanesque parish church (1857) with altarpiece (1872) by F. von Defregger, Romanesque filial church (around 1200), St. Georg church in Goednach with Gothic tower.
